New home in Poway CA by Grover. This is the start of a new spanish
villa consisting 3800 sq.feet with 20 ft ceilings and exposed large
timber beams through out.

This nearly finished project is 4200 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms. travertine slab and tile through-out entire house. The entire home has hand hewn/sandblasted beams stained and washed to match wall color. This project took just under 8 months.
